Excellent location, close to the river and in the heart of the city, with many restaurants and shops nearby. Clean hotel with good facilities, free shuttle service, and polite staff.

We recently stayed in a hotel located close to restaurants and shops, with magnificent views of the river. Even in an empty restaurant, the service was friendly and attentive. The room and bathroom were immaculate, and the breakfast was delicious with ample variety. Facilities were impressive, such as the well-equipped gym and inviting pool. our room had an amazing view of the river and the city beyond.

One aspect, unfortunately, needed improvement.

We enjoyed our stay at this luxurious 5-star hotel. The room had exclusive amenities and was very spacious. The outdoor swimming pool was the perfect place to relax with comfortable loungers. The restaurant had a great selection of dishes, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to socialize with friends. The service was excellent with friendly staff ready to attend to our every need. We were also impressed with the private facilities, which were very well maintained. The location was also an advantage, with easy access to nearby attractions.

We did experience one minor issue during our stay at this hotel. The location was sometimes difficult to access due to nearby construction.

Spent my Christmas holiday at this hotel and it was awesome! Loved the spacious rooms and the view of the river from the balcony was breathtaking. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and all the shopping areas. The staff was friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. the food at the restaurant was delicious and offered a variety of options.

That the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. the noise from the street could be heard at times, but it wasn't too bothersome.

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms with reliable internet. there was a secluded pool that offered a relaxing temperature perfect for laps or relaxation, and the staff at reception and porter team were friendly and helpful.

The bar and pool area staff were often unhelpful and not service-oriented, which could result in long waits for drinks or lack of attentive service. Another negative aspect was the inconsistent presence of mosquitos in both the rooms and common areas.
